It also mentions that the companies who want to succeed need to follow such a model of intrapreneurship, so that the millennial generation can contribute to the best of their abilities towards the success of the organisation (Forbes Welcome, 2018). The idea of allowing the present young adult generation to do as they please might not be a very suitable option but the reality is that maximum success is achieved only when they are allowed to perform as they please. This allows the untapped energies of the youth to come out and break all superstitions and false beliefs against them considering them to be underperformers or underachievers. It often happens that the youth are not properly understood or their abilities are not properly appreciated as they might not conform to the existing norms of the society or their careers (Moriano et al., 2014). However, according to the author, they have the power and the drive to succeed and make it big in the careers of their choice. Sometimes the youth are blamed for getting it easy their lives as they often take up the businesses of their ancestors. According to the viewpoint of the author it does not in any way imply that the youth are incapable of taking up challenges or creating new, inno vative and successful companies of their choice (Forbes Welcome, 2018). It has been seen that the youth, when they start companies of their own often make choices to start small start-ups and relatively insignificant companies and these decisions of them are often criticised. However, the author opines that the safe side is often taken by the youth as they often experience economic losses or financial crisis on several instances in their lives which teaches them the importance of taking calculated decisions in their lives which are much more likely to be successful (Martiarena, 2013). The author concludes the article by stating that the present generation should not be afraid of taking risks and instead take the plunge wherever they consider it to be necessary, as they have the power to change the universe in a positive way. My personal conclusions from the article: In different spheres, the young generation is bound to find problems and challenges of several categories which might ultimately harm their progress in their careers and lives as a whole. It is desirable to ignore any negativity and instead focus on the learning experiences which they have gained from their lives to apply it in their respective careers. The youth are often scrutinised and judged for their life decisions but they should take it in their stride positively and not become averse to the idea of risk taking in any aspect of their lives.
